Want to lose thigh inches...?

Is jogging/running and Pilates a good way to lose inches in my thighs? I want to lose 3 inches in my thighs. How long will it take for me to lose 3 inches doing all that plus dieting?

  1. Well, I'm no expert, but from my experiences I think I can help. First, you HAVE to be consistent and you MUST make this a priority. I used to run about 5 miles 5 days a week for about 5 months and did toning work as well, the outcome.. i lost about 10 lbs. Your outcome might be better depending on how much body fat you currently have. (At the time I was approx. 124 lbs and I didn't go on any diet) If you weigh more, stick to a diet and stay consistent with your workouts, you will lose more weight than I did. For your thighs, make sure you stretch them (yoga/pilate) stretching it not only lengthens, but it slims it as well. If you work out and keep on schedule, you can probably start to lose 3 inches at a MINIMUM of 1 month. (usually you don't really see a loss in weight for about three weeks, so don't lose hope) good luck =]
