How can i lose about 5 inches off of my thighs n calves? in about a month or so?
i go to the gym everyday. hit the tredmill 30 mins n then weight train. and the bike for 15 min i have a good diet im 14 and 145 lb. 5'3

- I can not stress how important jumping rope is for calves and thighs also for your sholders keep up with the jogging and lay off the fats and sugars
