THANKSGIVING- Will you choose to gain or lose pounds?
It's 11:22 pm where I am, and tomorrow is Thanksgiving. I've been wanting to lose the 10 extra pounds I have for about 5 years now. I've finally changed my lifestyle and have lost 5 pounds. I plan to if not continue to lose weight tomorrow than at least maintain. I will not stuff my face.

- Definitely gain. I am working out hard now, and want to eventually put on 15 lbs of pure muscle. I've put on about 5 so far. So it's all protein for me tomorrow. Love Jack
- Self esteem is more important than losing or gaining weight. If you feel good about yourself, who cares what you weigh?

- Do you live in New York or Do you live in England? I would lose pounds, or probably be the same. I get full very fast. It is 8:42 in California.
- I am not going over to my sister's house because she is making so much food I could not resist. I have been trying to lose weight and having a very bad time of it. I am off on a cruise a week from Saturday, and I really need to lose a few more pounds. I told her at Christmas I will be happy to come over and eat everything in sight!
