how to lose __ pounds in a certine amount of time?
i need to lose 15 pounds by march 10 and another 10 by april 16th. I Have sports starting in march so i cant be holding extra weight and on april 16 im going to the beach on vacation and visiting an old friend so i want to look great

- fifteen lbs by march 10th?? why did you wait so long to start dropping the weight? weight loss is something that SHOULD be gradual, so as not to throw your body into shock...I would say you could lose...maybe 18lbs by april, but thats only if you want to be healthy(and extremely active)...there are plenty of "unhealthy" ways to lose weight...but I wouldn't advocate any of them...i'd say the same thing i always say...eat right, walk your butt off(instead of watching t.v.) and drink LOTS of water...
