  1. The maximum a person (I mean the max) can lose in a week is two pound I think so... eat healthy (Avoid foods with high fats, cholesterol), watch your calorie intake, exercise regular, and 10 pounds can come of, soonest about 5 weeks... but it may take longer, depending on your height and weight.
  2. Well, how tall are you and how much to you weigh?? DO you really need to lose that much? To lose that much, it can take up to 2-4, depending on your methods. The first step? Changing your eating habits. At 16, I know my eating habits were the worst ever. Eat balanced meals consisting of health foods, like fruits, veggies, lean proteins, dairy products, etc. Exercise 3-4 times a week. Walk, pick up a couple of workout videos. If you like to dance, you can find a lot of great videos to get your heartpumping. Pilates is great as well and a wonderful way to gain lean muscle that will help you look long and learn. There is so much you can do without having to do extreme workouts. Just remember that to lose weight? You DO have to do some work to get there.
  3. walk in the park eat less or smaller portions play tennis or racquet ball walk to the store instead of riding or driving the car. help family do yard work
  4. It all depends how hard you want to work at it. If you stay on a low fat, low sodium diet and keep less than 1500 calories a day you should lose the weight rather easily. It also helps if you get into a good exercise routine. Do cardio 4-6 days a week and core/strength training 3-5 days a week. You can find exercise guides for free through the net. I would say that if you do these and drink mostly water then you should be able to lose the weight with three to 5 months. Remember, you are also still developing so your body will change some of these factors.
  5. well that will take about a couple months if you aren't going to workout eat healthy that means eat...not starve yourself limit candy, soda, cookies...so on but do balance your diet....plenty of protein, dairy, fruits, vegetables and carbs even if people tell you not to eat carbs....you should just eat stuff like multi-grain bread drink lots of water
