Way to lose pounds in 2 weeks or more?

I need to lost pounds i am thinking i want to lose about 10-20 please help, with eating guides, eating habits, excersies i can do at home (not including running or jumpropoing) and other things please

  1. Hmm well i guess you could try a little cruches or just eating healthier. But you should really consider running. You may hate it, but its great for your entire body. You can also try running up and down your stairs(heh, I do it all the time, it's fun!).

  3. 10 lbs in 2 weeks will mostly be water weight. Walk at least 30 minutes a day. Eat frequent, small meals - 5-6 per day. Don't get hungry. Don't eat past dinner time. Never skip breakfast. Make your breakfast complex carbs like oatmeal (sweetened with fruit, no pre-sweetened) for a quick jumpstart of energy without a lot of sugar. No refined foods, no boxed foods, no prepackaged foods. After you get going for a week, start this program. Do as many reps as you can, but don't consider yourself a failure if you can't do everything they recommend.   4. sorry to break this to you but you need cardio workouts..that includes running. why do people hate to run i find it exhilerating. as far as nutrition stay away from sugars, limit beer to once a week and limit pasta if you can to 2 days a week maximum. space out your meals everyday. the best way to lose weight is figure out how many calories your body needs to lose weight each day and stick t it. also if you find yourself hungry at night, drink lots and lots of water. and substitute carbonated water for pop. heres a good healthy breakfast tha tastes great, spread cottage cheese on a bagel and spread crushed pineapple over it. toast it it tastes great and its healthy.
  5. well running is best for calories lost....but if you dont wanna work hard - a - eat 5 oz of chicken breast 6 times a day, green tea 3x b4 4 pm b - b4 eating brekfast do pushups, swimming, jumpingjacks, anything to get ur heart movin fast c- besides green tea, every other beverage water, plenty of your results will be much slower than if you ran on a treadmill esp in the moring tho.
