How To Lose Pounds Quick?

The homeboy is a 16 year old male who is 288 pounds and 6'0 but he needs to lose some pounds quick for football can you help

  1. go on a run and try to eat better no fast food.. Breakfast it the most important meal of the day... So eat a good one and you will lose some pounds if you eat a big breakfast and then keep eating like that consistatly!!! good luck losen man!!!
  2. most likely he has a few months at least before early fall practice. there is no health way to drop alot of pounds, working out, and eating healthy, that is really all that works.
  3. Cut out soda, sugar, white flour. Eat enough protein so that you aren't hungry and 3 cups of salad veggies a day, with some cheese. I promise if you do this alone you will lose quickly, but adding a walk or a jog every day will speed it up even more. Good luck!
