Lose Pounds fast and healthy!?

I want to lose weight fast. I'll basically do what ever but i would prefer fast results. I would like to lose 3-5 pounds in one week. Can anyone help?

  1. I heard that the most you could lose in a week is 2 lbs, if you lose more than 2 lbs a week you will gain it back plus more
  2. exercise daily, but I suggest you don't get too carried away with it. (at one point I was going on runs three times a day... not a good idea), drink a lot of water, get a lot of sleep and of course eat healthy. Cut out dairy and red meat for a week or too. Go on a detox, fruits, veggies, lean protein like chicken and fish for a few weeks, then slowly start adding more in. Nuts, apples and toast with peanut butter are great because they keep you full for hours. Don't eliminate carbs!!! but do cut down on them a bit. The most important rule is not to get too consumed by the fact that you are dieting. Good luck!
  3. Cut your portions, watch your calories, and exercise (even if it's just a walk or something like that. If you walk, power walk, none of that moseying around) And by cutting your portions, I don't mean starving yourself. Make healthier food decisions too. Oh, and eating breakfast is important because it jump starts your metabolism every day. You could also try eating little tiny meals throughout the day because if you're constantly digesting something, it keeps your metabolism going. I've lost about ten or twelve pounds since summer started, so it really does work.
  4. to lose weight fast u need to do aerobics. a lot of it =P for example running. but if u wnat it quick. run before u eat breakfast. u use fat calories directly. ( its cuz u use both fat n muscle calories when u run ) just do that. and if u have energy eat at night. i dont think diet is necessary, because wehn i was trying to lose weigth, i make myself happy and i dont need to watch what i eat. just eat until u get full, bcuz as u lose wiehgt u get full faster so.. ya. dont diet also boost up ur metabolism. n thats how im able to eat w/e i want, cuz i mean we all wnat to be happy right? =] just eat wat u can. but just remember to run. even if ur slow, run! any movement bouncing u will burn calorie. to boost ur metabolism, u need to drink green tea. green tea boosts metabolism temporary but if u drink a lot of it ur body will be so used to the fast burning it will be automatic =P thats waat i did. the real green tea taste like crap so buy some arizona green tea or sobe green tea. it worrks. trust me. most stores or liquor stores have them. dont worry about diet. just run in morning and ifi not tired afternoon or sundown. good luck =P motivate urself too, ill be that ;]
  5. OK - here is a two week diet that is GUARANTEED to make you lose 10 pounds (even without exercise) no lie! But you MUST follow it, otherwise the chemistry of the elements won't work. First thing: When you wake up in the morning, drink a glass of lemon-water, this helps loosen the bowels and toxins in your intestines, and it's vitamin c for your body. Breakfast: Egg and bacon (make the ratio proportioned: 1 egg:1bacon, or 2 eggs : 2 bacons, etc), a glass of grapefruit juice, and finish off with a cup of caffeinated tea (or black coffee) Lunch: Any type of protein (a piece of chicken, fish, pork, beef--even rolled up cold cuts) with a green salad (no dressing - but freshly squeezed lemon with a hint of salt is ok) a glass of grapefruit juice, and follow it with a cup of (unsugared) iced or hot tea Dinner: Repeat the same options as lunch, but of course, try a different protein option...be creative just make sure the meat, chicken, or pork isn't topped with any type of condiment, but you can spice it. Have one form of green vegetable, whether it's a salad, or steamed brocolli, or asparagus...but it must be green. Drink un-sugared iced tea. I swear upon this diet, it will make you loose 5 pounds each week *hint, they always say that if you start off your meal by drinking a glass of grean tea as the Asians do, it speeds up your metabolism, so I might even try drinking my tea before each meal since it's a requirement in every meal of this diet anyway Good luck !
  6. Losing weight fast is losing proposition. Face reality. To lose weight you have to eat right and exercise. What else is new? So cut down on fatty foods. Learn to eat healthy and start walking for one hour every day. Keep it simple.
  7. I have lost a total of 120 pounds so far. I lost 105 pounds in my first 6 months. Here is how I did it. 1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism. 2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed). 3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water. It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me. Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down.   8. well I losed 5 ponds this week by cuting back on food not eating as much but I still eate 3 meals a day so try that
