  1. Way, way, WAY too much weight to loose in such a short time. I'd advise that you set more attainable goals. You could very easily loose 16 to 20 lbs., maybe even a little more, in a HEALTHY way in 2 months.
  2. Ya, way, WAY too much to lose in that time. Shoot for 15 to 20. Weight Watchers is actually an excellent plan. With home work outs, in two months you will look great.
  3. Look at it this way... You didn't gain all that fat in two months, you can't lose it all in two months. You've had "your entire life" to lose weight, but you've put it off. The only thing you can do now is change your diet and exercise daily. There's a possibility of losing maybe 15 pounds after two months? Maybe more or less.
  4. As a person who has lost 140 pounds in a little over a year, I can tell you that it is too much too fast, but not entirely impossible. Make it at least 3-4 months. Start by cutting calories and making short term goals, check the scale every 3-4 days, drink tons of water, i would drink a couple gallons a day and pee every hour, no soda, My diet consisted of 2 meals a day a tuna/turkey/chicken sandwich + salad for lunch and 2 non fried chicken/turkey/tuna for dinner, wheat bread, fat free products all around. I would also take protein/creatine shakes in the morning and evening and a multi-vitamin in the morning. If you cut calories below 1,000, I have managed 600/day. Make sure you supplement with a whey or soy protein powder, one a day multi vitamin and workout. When I didn't do this, I would have random black outs which are scary. Push ups, sit ups, and shadow boxing with a small weight do wonders and you can do it anywhere. Make your muscles sore, then wait a couple days and make them sore again. Fast weight loss = loose skin unless you work out. Good luck.
