how much pounds should i lose?
im 14 years old and im 5 4 and i weigh 160 pounds and i wanna no how much pounds should i lose dont say dont worry about ur weight i really wanna lose pounds but how much should i lose so i can b normal and wat should i do to lose it i cant go to gym or run everyday my mom wont let me anythin else besides that?

- u dont need to lose 30 pounds!! jus run about 4 days a week 2 miles a day and bring a healthy lunch to school. as u grow ull thin out and be "normal"
- i think you should loose abour 25 LBS. that would put you at 135 LBS. eating alot less will help you loose weight. you need to controll which foods you eat and how much you eat of it. You dont have to go to a gym ither. Doing squats, crunches, lunges, step-through lunges, cartwheeles, dancing, running aruond your backyard, taking walks, doing pushups, and leg-lifts are all things you can do without a gym. aslo, if you get discouraged, remeber, nothing happends overnight. put a poster or a picture of a friend who is normal weight, or someone like miley cyrus or vannessa ann hudgens somewere in your room. They are great role-models and are not too skinny. It will help you get incouraged to look like them.
- you need to lose about 50 pounds, because I'm 5 3 and i weight 110. My doctor says it's normal. In order to lose 50 lbs. just eat less fat food, drink plenty of water, and start eating diet food. Also, join track team in your school, because your mom don't let you go to gym or run everyday. I think your mom won't have any objections joining track team.
