  1. eat less and move more
  2. dont drink coke er pop.
  3. stop drinking soda, drink mostly water and natural juice, work out (cardio) and maintain a steady diet with a lot of fiber and protein...
  4. 24/7 EXERCISE AND EAT A HEALTHY BREAKFAST EAT A LITTLE AT LUNCH LIKE A SNACK AND DONT EAT AT NIGHT EAT A FRUIT INSTEAD
  5. Go on the fiber 35 diet! You can find the book at borders, target and probably even walmart! All you have to do is eat 35 grams of fiber a day and you automatically block 245 calories from being absorbed. I lost 3-5lbs. a week!
  6. Hii! Well i am not sure if this little things works but give it a try...it is called the pink patch....you loose a stone in one month but then again it probably doesn't work!!! I was reading threw your other answers and one girl said eat less and move more...Now the only problem with this is eating less takes longer for you to loose the weight....If you eat lots of food from the balanced diet food section you will burn more and more fat...the weight doesn't go away by itself...of course you will have to excercise lots and try to stay off alcohal and chocolate and bad things like that!
  7. If you burn an extra 500 calories a day, then you will lose 8 pounds in two months. If you reduce your calorie intake by 500 calories a day, you'll double your weight loss to 16 pounds in 2 months. Drink lots of water, too.
  8. 15 pounds is roughly 2 pounds a week that is totally reachable if you dont go snacking or stop exercising etc. firstly you need to start going for walks (for maybe 45 minutes) in the evening when you are free (or in the morning if it suits) do this maybe 4 times a week. also you dont need to extreme diet just cut back on the snack foods and fizzy drinks and go for more healthy choices, instead of a bag of crisps go for an apple and instead of a bottle of coke go for a juice(natural one not the one with additives). keep your goal in mind the whole time because it will be worth it in the end. good luck! and make sure to reward yourself when you loose a few pounds with one of your favourite treats and drink plenty of water. if you are not sure about healthy dinners google some health plans and you will find some yummy and healthy food at the same time. y'know im all talk so starting today im going to go walking every evening and stop snacking with you. girl power! =D
  9. Cut out high carb foods such as pasta, bread, potatoes, french fries and other deep fried foods. Increase foods that are high in protein such as veggies, fruits and meats and fish. Cut out drinks that are sugary such as juice that have sugar added, soda pops, energy drinks and cappuccinos. Drink at least 2 litres of water every day and walk at least 45 minutes a day or do cardio at a fitness centre. Good luck.
  10. Control what you're eating. Limit your intake of bad fats and sugars. Eliminate pop (even diet!) completely and replace with water. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Along with a healthy diet, you must exercise. Don't make excuses to skip working out. Make room in your every day schedule for exercise. Even something as simple as a walk will help. If you are physically able, try getting 30-45 minutes of intense cardio (running, swimming, biking, walking, etc.) in at least 4-5 days a week. You can also add weight lifting to your routine, but be sure not to work a muscle two days in a row. Allow yourself a day or two of rest each week to give your muscles a chance to repair. And remember, weight loss is not an overnight process. It takes a lot of time and commitment to stay on track, but is very possible if you set your mind to it.
  11. I lost 20 lbs in 2 months! From 120 to 100 lbs. It's a matter of self discipline really. I was scheduled to fly to Guam (my first time to travel outside my native country and I wanted to look good in pictures) so first and major thing I did was limit my carbs. Since I am Asian, my carb is mostly from rice. Instead of the recommended one cup every meal, I ate half. I eat as many meat as I can (but never the fried ones) so I won't feel deprived. In my case, that was steamed or grilled fish. I completely removed soda from my diet. I used sweetener for my coffee and non-fat milk. I snacked on oatmeal and baby carrots and drink lots of water. Sometimes, I feel like vomiting but as I have said, it is a matter of self control. I almost literally have to shove the food down my throat. But it depends on how bad you really need to lose those extra pounds. I was determined that time and it paid off because I looked great with my bikini pics on the beach! I no longer have to worry about "fat angles" on cam. And the best thing about it was, I can wear any clothes I want without worrying about my chubby arms or bulging tummy! (And all that without exercise! Imagine how much weight I would have lost if I coupled it with exercise. You can do it too!)
  12. Eat only fruits and yogurt before noon, fish and veggies afternoon, vegetable soup for dinner and a piece chicken in the oven. Walk an hour a day.
