How to lose 2-3 pounds a week?!?!?
I am 15. 5'4 and i want to lose 2-3 pounds a week and hopefully lose at least 20 pounds by may. I workout at least 4 days a week for an hour and a half. March 31 im going to start swim practice.which then i would be working out everyday about 3 hours..so ya any answers??

- watch what you eat. Try to stay away from too many carbs and sugars. Drink plenty of water, and eat tonsof fruits and veggies. Exersize is the best and most important thing, but it seems you got that part down pat. keep up what your doing and you sohuld be sheading those last 20lbs. goodluck! :)
- Try running places, or go to a 24 hour gym, or just maybe try to eat less fatty foods and eat salads and stuff.
- drink lots of water......... also you may not lose pounds because you are so active you will have a lot of muscle and muscle is heavy. you may just lose inches! but just drink lots of water it really works!!
