how to lose about 12 pounds/5 kg in approximately 5 weeks?
So... im going to be starting high school soon, and i want to lose some weight.. maybe 5 kilos? 12 pounds.. so.. can you give me like some tips and like a diet plan and exercise plans.. :) oh and im a girl and going into 8th grade ( australian grade ) thanks alot!

- If you want to shed 1 kg per week you have to follow a hard diet and exercise.The first week you have to shed more.This is a plan which works well:- First week Sunday-Only water melons Monday-fruits only-grapes and oranges only Tues day-Morning one cup of vegetable mix/salad-Noon Bread/Egg and milk-Evening vegetable mix Wednesday-Morning -bread one cup of milk,-Noon cooked cereals 2 cups-Evening Smashed potatoes,Soybean products,so ya milk 2 slices of bread. Thursday ,Friday -Do- Friday,Saturday-Morning mixed fruits 2 cups,Milk Noon -Bread 4 pieces,milk-Night 250 grams food of your choice Do not take sweets,sweet drinks chocolates.If you feel thirsty drink water or fresh fruit juice 150 mls Exercise,Skipping,running ,brisk walk (one only)for 30 minutes a day. From second weeks on wards only on Mondays watermelon only Rest of the days eat normal food ,but limit quantity to minimum needed.Avoid all sweets,chocolates,ice creams and egg. Use only sugar substitutes during the diet period. This is a strenuous plan.Get a medical checkup before you start the plan.
