how long should it take me to lose 10-15 pounds if ...?

I'm 5 ft 4", 125-130 lbs. I have a pretty active lifestyle. I hardly get 7 hours sleep and I am doing chores all day around. I can't add any kind of exercise right now due to personal reasons and they say it's 80% nutrition and 20% exercise when you're trying to lose weight. so what do you think how long should it take me to lose 10-15 pounds if I just cut back on my diet drastically (I mean the stuff that's bad for me .. don't say I can't do this, because I know I can since I've done this before and it didn't harm me a bit), doing the same amount of physical activity I am already doing?
