I am currently 109.2 pounds and need to lose 3.2 pounds super fast and make weight tomorrow i am already not eating but i ate earlier at noon so i should be fine, what can i do throughout the day to make weight at 2:15 at 106.0 or less I NEED TO MAKE IT OR I AM DEAD LOL I wrestle varsity and this is preseason certification which is important
