Is it possible to lose 20 pounds in a month?

- its possbile, but maybe not healthy. id try weigh watchers, im on it , and ive lost weight. look up how it works, you dont actually have to be a member, to use the system.
- i dont think 20 lbs is particularly healthy to lose in a month. and to maintain your weight just make sure you do daily exercises and eat right
- Yes, it is quite possible however is not recommended. In order to loose this extreme amount of weight you would probably not be able to exceed the calorie intake of 300 calories per day and loose about 3000 calories per day. You will be living like a human guinea pig. And another problem once you get off this diet you will have to exercise even more because if not your body will have such a small metabolism you will just gain it all back. If I were you I would cut it in half and try to lose maybe 10 pounds so then you can intake 600 calories and only have to burn about 1500 calories... its not nearly as stressful.
