How to lose 20 pounds by the end of February ?
I would really like to lose 20 pounds. Not that I need to, I just feel that I would feel healthier and more confident.

- That is a lot for the time. A more realistic goal is ten lbs. Set that as your goal, and work on eliminating what you feel is causing the cravings. Get out and walk every day. When and if up to it, go faster. Use weights.
