Ok right so I heard I could lose 5 pounds in water weight by doing this for 2-3 days: an apple and 2 bananas for breakfast and the same for lunch then a normal dinner and 99 ounces of water (3 litres about) throughout the day which is equal to my weight in pounds. Do you think this will lose me 5 pounds in water weight and how long should I do it for to achieve this? Thanks ,oh and I exercise 2-4 hours a day so ill be sweating out excess salt and water!
