How long will it take me to lose 15 pounds if i work out 500 calories a day?
My plan is to lose 15 pounds of fat by the end of the summer so i dont have to cut for wrestling next year. I weigh 148 pounds right now and am 5 ft 6 if i eat 1600 calories a day and excercise out 500 calories how long will it take me to lose the weight?

- it will probably help, but it also depends on what sort of foods you are eating. for breakfast have something like porridge oats and a banana, or muesli or boiled eggs and wholemeal toast. lunch have something like pasta or soup or salad, dinner have lean meat and steamed vegetables. good luck
