How do you lose atleast 50 pounds in a short amount of time?
I really want to lose 50 lbs but I don't want a pill. Could anyone reccomend quick and easy diets?

- Alas, there's nothing that's quick and easy which is also safe. For every pound's loss, you have to either eat less or exercise more, to the tune of 3500 calories. Eliminating 500 calories a day results in a one-pound loss in a week. Add exercising enough to burn 500 calories a day, every single day, and you're talking two pounds a week. There are fad diets which may cause an initial loss which is greater, but those losses tend to disappear when you resume normal eating, even lower-calorie normal eating. Don't drop below 1200 calories per day, BTW. That kicks your body into starvation mode, in which it conserves calories.

- You can in a healthy way lose 50 lbs in as quick as 6 months. Maybe 5 months since you usually lose a lot of weight the first month due to water weight. Any quicker and you'll most likely gain all that weight back. Drastic weight loss leads to drastic decrease in metabolism. Eat right and exercise keeping your weight loss at 2 lbs a week.
