How do I lose 50 pounds in 3-4 months? Is that possible because I really to lose the weight?
I am 18 years old , I weigh over 220 lbs, I'm 5'5 and I wanna be healthy so I need to lose the weight. Can somebody help me?

- Exercise, eat healthy, and exercise... I'd say you're overshooting a little by wanting to lose 50 lbs in 3 mths. You could probably lose 50 in 5 mths though, if you kept at it.

- yu could probably lose 25-35 lbs in 4 months but that is about the most. you need to eat 1500 calories per day of lean meats and vegetables. and excercisie at least 1 hor of cardio per day plus warm up cool down and stretching. vary it so that you include walking, running, biking, swimming, kayaking just not the same activiities every day. also include 1 or 2 days per week of weight training with light weights and high reps. no pop, no juice, no sugar, no cafffeine and not a lot of carbs.

- find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose. eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours) 5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day 8 glasses of water have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily. ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
