- cut out all carbs for two months, then eat limited carbs, but they must be whole grain, no sugar however and limit fats.
- well first off that person above saying cut out carbs and sugars all together at first HUH NO!! Go to a gym and set up scheduled time to talk to a nutritionist and a trainer! They will be able to give you all the info that you need in losing the weight fast and healthy!! Try ballys total fitness, golds gym, or a gym near your home and stick to it and follow all the way through oh and drink tons of water cause that is going to be numero uno with them!
- She's right about the carbs makes a total difference. I always tell people try south beach it goes with what she suggested. Follow it exactly and you will lose, but don't forget we all hit a plateau so exercise. And I would say about midway or 1/3 of the way through alter and/or adjust so your body doesn't adapt and you will keep losing that is so important
- this is not gonna happen. get real. max u can lose at your age is maybe 20 pounds. if u want to lose more it is gonna take u not less than a year. maybe more. ps. if u cut carbs as someone here suggested u re gonna lose something, but u can't stay off carbs forever - u will feel weak and will start getting sick very often. so as soon as u return to carbs whatever they will be u will get your weight back and plus some punds. and moreover it will be almost impossible to get rid of those extra pounds then. i was stupid enough to be on atkinson diet 2 years ago for several months. after i returned to normal food i put on 10 pounds and was getting rid of them for 10 months and keeping in mind that i always was visiting gym every day
- drink alot of water dont eat after 6 pm(or dont eat 6-7 before u go to sleep) walk at least 1 hour a day....(actually u will see faster results if u hit the gym) Eat 1/2 of what u normally eat more yogurt, oatmeal and small portions of food throught the morning period. eat and have greens part of ur diet(salads etc.)
- I just finished a nutrition class and carbs produce energy. And protein is good for you. Fish and chicken. Lots of vegies and fruits. Nuts and berries all these things have natural sugars and the good fats we need. Limit trans fats and saturated fats. Things that say whole grains are ood for us and lots of fiber. It keeps you full. And eat lots of small meals to give you energy and prevent you from binge eating. Versus three big meals. And work out at least 30 minutes 3 times a week and dont forget lots of water!
- First of all, exercise. Go running, swimming, biking. It'll make you feel good and shed some pounds. But you also need an effective diet. I recommend a specific "cleansing" diet. It is a series of delicious shakes and natural antioxidants that replace some or your meals, give your body all the nutrition it needs, and clean out harmful toxins. Our bodies are continuously exposed to toxins. These toxins store in our fat cells and may inhibit your metabolism. Cleaning them out is a good way to lose the fat they hide in and get your metabolism on the right track. Also, you're losing weight by having nutritious protein shakes instead of empty calories. You can easily keep it up by having a shake instead of a big breakfast, etc. Also, you cleanse yourself once a week or every two weeks, just to keep your body in good performance (its a fasting day where you just drink water and a concoction of natural antioxidants). Please email me at jdplamenac@yahoo.com. I can tell you much more about it and how I get my month's supply at a very discounted price. It is definitely something you can stick with that, because of its detoxifying and nutritious properties, is good for your general health.
- Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.
