How should i lose ten pounds in two weeks?
Okay. so im about 5'4" and 150. thats a lot. i need to be like 130 at least but i FIRST need to lose 10 pounds in two weeks during break while i have time. Most of my fat is in my stomach, so thats what i want to focus on. I do not generally eat too much or too poorly. My exercise is just doing 500 crunches every other night. i was thinking about not eating one day, and then eat the next two days, and then not eat, ect. how and should i do this?

- Losing ten pounds in two weeks is pointless, you are just going to gain it all back. If you want real results then try to cut out as many carbs as you can from your diet, eat smaller portions and exercise, drink lots of water and the weight might come of quickly first and then slow up but you wont gain it back as fast if you do it smart. Starving yourself will get you no where you will not lose anything. Try running a mile or two five days a week or more if you can, running in place, push ups, sit ups... stuff like that. Tae bo is fun to do, you can buy the tapes anywhere! Good luck and remember to be smart, you need to be healthy!
- You shouldn't try to lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks. It's not healthy. Just eat healthy foods in small portions and exercise, but don't overdo it. If you lose weight overnight, you'll probably gain it back overnight too.
- The best thing to do is switch to purely vegetables, water and tea except for a 2 inch square (not exactly, just an average) piece of chicken or beans to provide energy. Eat as many vegetables as you want and be free to do them with spices (no sugar or butter). If you can, exercise in the morning lightly (do your crunches or pilates) and in the late afternoon do a hard run or exercise that makes you sweat and brings your heart rate up. At that weight loosing 7 pounds is about right, don't push too hard. Also, get out of the house and away from temptations.
- It's possible with a great amount of determination. Exercise a minimum of 1 hour a day, drink a minimum of 1 gallon of water a day and eat well. DO NOT starve yourself or your body will go into "starvation" mode and not burn the fat. Eat a lot of greens, fruits and protein - chicken, eggs, peanut butter. Good Luck!
