how to lose 50 pounds from now to the end of summer 2008??
i am an obessed 13 year old. im 5feet 3 inches and 165 pounds. is there anyway i could lose 50 pounds by the end of summer without using diet pills? i am willing to make a comitment to this and thanks for all the helpful tips!

- You're 13!!!!! Focus on being HEALTHY, not a certain weight. Stop eating junk food and exercise. Drink 2litres of water every day and the weight will come off. You're 13 yrs old, why are you so worried about your weight? You're still growing, if you don't eat you won't grow properly. Lots of fruit, veges, grains and protein.
- The answer is yes. It is not even March 1st yet so you have plenty of time. Don't be fooled by all of the diets and fads. Take a look at yourself and Honestly pay attention to what you are doing and try to do something different. This is much cheaper than buying all of these useless products. So I am saying make the changes from within...and good luck.

- drink water tons of it it will naturally increase your metabolism, eat more fiber, try running/walking at least 3 times a weak, dont eat a bunch of sweets your body either burns fat or sugar for energy if you eat a lot of sugar (and other sweetners/simple carbs) your body will burn sugar and you will stay fat. So those fat free puddings are still bad because they have sugar and other sweetners, eat more vegetables if its green its got a high alkaline value and good for you. Also dont focus on pounds take measurements because you might actually be gaining muscle weight is decieving if you look good it doesnt matter what you weigh good luck
- Get into physical activities. Have a goal in mind. Start exercising. At first your body is going to want to do it because its not use to it. But a week after its going to fean for it. You will feel better and would want to keep doin stuff. Join a brazilian jujitsu school. You will lose weight extremely fast. Drink water and watch super size me movie. Its would make fast food seem like crack.

- Stay out of the house! Stay outside doing something & keeping busy, dont sit around! Dont eat junk food, try eating 1 meal a day with small healthy snacks through out the day. (dont starve yourself, but dont eat enough food for 6 meals in one sitting either) Maybe get a baby sitting job, watching 3-4 yr olds, theyll keep ya running around and you'll lose weight like that. Just keep moving all summer and the weight will come off.
- Hi LAlala, Wow! Someone in your house is an enabler. Is Mom heavy, too? You need to get Mom's cooperation. At 13, you've been interested in boys for a few years, already. I can understand the dilemma. Boys, typically, aren't interested in heavy girls. That's cruel, but true. First off, What's your day like? Do you sit around, watch too much TV or sit in front of the monitor too much? Time to put on your sneakers and go outside for some sunshine, fresh air and exercise. Very important. Do you think Mom will spring for the gym for you? You desparately need some exercise and healthier eating habits, too. The trainers at the gym will get you started in the right direction for your exercise routines. Take Mom along, too. Don't forget the water, lots of it. And instead of munchies, grab an apple. Your friends at the other end of your in-box can wait for their return mail from you. Go outside and play. Good luck and God bless.
