how a 13 year can lose 50 pounds by august 15th?
Okay so I'm 13 and weigh 162 and im 5'2" i want to lose 50 pounds by august 15th is there a fast way?

- ok save for just drinking water we both know this is impossible. why not just cut out junk food only eat fruit, veggies, whole grains(in moderation like an actual serving size) and lean meats(in moderation like 3-4 times a week)
- first of all no but if you eat better and follow the abs diet maybe 30 pounds tops. You want to do it slowly otherwise youl have alot of excess skin

- You will seriously risk your life if you pull off losing 50 pounds in a month and a half. Talk to your doctor about a HEALTHY weight plan, that includes exercise and a healthy diet. You are thirteen, and yes, that is a self-conscious time, but you will grow into your size, as we all usually do, and crazy dieting and weight loss could cause serious, permanent damage to your body's hormone balances and otherwise. Please, don't do this without a doctor/dietitian walking you through the process.
- Run, try cutting out sugar(candy bars etc.), be dedicated and stick to your goal, and drink lots of Water
- okay well try walking around with friends alot [ you dont have to be doing it for excercise just walk to a friends house and stuff].Or get yourself really into something- most of the time when people get bored they eat. Also try drinking alot of water , sometimes you think you hungry but your really thristy or just eating for the taste. Also every time you want the taste of something just pop a piece of gum in your mouth. Also swim alot this summer and run
- You have age on your side. 50lbs. is a little ambitious, though. I think you can lose 35lbs. tops, comfortably. That's 5 lbs. a week. Cut your calories to 1000 a day, drink a lot of water, walk 2 miles a day or some other form of exercise. Cut out all "C" foods. Ready? Here goes..chips, cookies, cake, candy, cheese. And absolutely no non-nutritious calorie drinks, like vitamin water, sida, gatorade, etc. And nothing other than water after 8:00pm.
