How long does it take to lose 50 pounds on the "Low Carb" diet?
I am wondering how long it will take me to lose 50 pounds or more on the low carb diet????? Please help me????

- The first week or two it's possible to lose 5 to 10lbs a week, but beyond that it will get harder to lose, it will most likely be around 2 or 3lbs per week. More important than the diet (although eating healthy is important) is to begin an exersize routine, even just a brisk walk in the mornings or evenings and to try and maintain the routine even after you lose the weight. - You can lose up to 15 pounds in the first two weeks, and lose 12 pounds in one month, this does not include working out. So overall, it can take up to 4 1/2 months or less to lose 50 pounds. I would definitely recommend this diet, you lose faster and the results are great. :)
