How to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks?
I need to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks. Is there a way that I can do this without changing my diet or exercising? I eat pretty well, eating how many calories I should eat in 1 day and I exercise every other day. Ballet on mondays and then I run a mile and a half every other day. Please help!

- How do you expect to lose any weight without changing your diet/excercise?? I would try smaller portions, working out longer, and mixing up your workout routine.
- Why do you need to lose ten pounds? If your diet and exercise are already that good there is very little short of surgery that you can do. I would not advise losing any more weight.
- it isnt healthy to lose 10 pounds in two weeks. realistically you should lose 1-2 pounds per week. There is no safe way to do this . unless u want to starve urself for two weeks which i wouldnt recomend becuase then u would gain back the weight AND MORE after u started eating again.
- Increase your exercises, and incorporate weights. And good luck, apart from turning back time, I don't see how you can lose 10 pounds in two weeks if your not obese.
- you need a calorie deficit of 2500 calories per day. It's tough.

- scorp never give advice again, that is a TERRIBLE idea. people can permanently damage their metabolisms doing that. The true answer is NO YOU CANNOT LOSE 10lbs in 2 weeks, even if you change your diet and exercise. but if you want to lose 10lbs in maybe 5 weeks, then CHANGE YOUR DIET AND EXERCISE
