How do you lose 50 pounds in 6 months?
I need to lose 50 pounds exactly but I don't know if I should do a diet thing like Jenny Craig or just exercise a lot!I want to be 50 pounds lighter at the beginning of the year in August!Any suggestions?Please help me!!!!

- i lost 30 lbs in 3 months on a meal replacement a can of Ensur for breakfast and a portion dinner and a can of ensur for a supper. fruits in between.it works and don't worry as a meal replacement will not hurt you even if you just drank 3 cans a day for 6 months.my brother lived on it for a year and it made him loose weight and keep a nice figure and lots of strength and energy.Well he didn't do it to loose weight but just telling you it does work.I'm doing it too loose weight and 30 some lbs is pretty good and you don't get hungry as that is your meal.if you feel a pang of hungry just have another can.good luck.

- Hi, last year I was low on $ and ate a taco salad everyday- hamburger/bean/salsa mix on lettuce + chips and salsa dip + water + pure o.j. for whenever. I ate this menu for 4.5 months every day and lost 30 pounds and feel great. I didn't feel hungry except in the a.m. I ate my taco salad around 11:30am and it lasted the whole day 'til the next a.m. Also I got $3,500 in bills paid. I ate the taco salad at a cowboy restaurant in NM and it cost $4.65. For 50 lbs, I don't know, maybe just stay on it a little longer - I guess - but ask your doctor. I believe it was healthy - I'm 65yrs old and it didn't hurt me a bit. I didn't have to do extra exercise either. If I had any medical problem, I wouldn't have done this. They used to say back in the 1950s: do what's good for you.
- find a work u like it. Could say that majority 80% working person lose pound a lot if u don't mind work day till night. Other, u could make ur body sweat a lot. Like sahara desert the people all there is thin. if u stay there a month u already lose 50 pounds OK GOT IT.
