is it possible to lose 50 pounds by the END of july?
ohkay somy mom is ona diet she ways 250 pounds and wants to lose 50 pounds by then. she ill cut out EVERYTHING bad. drink only water and excercise for one hour everyday of the week. maybe two if thats better. so what now? is that possible? oh yeah she will be using Turbo Jam.

- Yes, it is possible to lose that much weight, including water weight, and keep it off. I went from 196 to 144 in one summer by eating only eggs, wheat bread, grapefruit, and flax seed oil. I had to eat 5-6 times a day and walk for 45 mins a day at 4 miles an hour. My best advice to her... eat more often and don't ever get full... save the food for later. Walk everyday and forget the Turbo Jam thing... it is too much cardio for a beginner and it will depress her to see all those fit people bouncing around and she will want to give up. Tell her to walk for 3 miles a day, 45 minutes a day and make sure to not ever pass 2000 calories. I swear she will lose the weight and keep it off. It has been 3 years since that summer for me and I am 146 lbs. Random tip: Don't eat anything with a sauce or topping to lose weight faster...
