What is a healthy diet that i can go on and lose 40 pounds quickly?
am 15. I weigh 177 and I am 5 ft. 9inches also what should I weight? I'm thinking 150??? idk...but how can i lose it fast, by like summer or quicker.. i am not going to throw up to lose weight either or be anorexic. i want a good diet.. 10 pts and thanks to the ppl who are nice and answer! also what type of workingout?? i know cardio but what is cardio...like jogging or what?

- You can't go on a healthy diet AND lose 40 lbs quickly. Healthy "dieting" consists of losing 1.5-2 lbs a week. I highly suggest Weight Watchers. It is amazing! As for cardio, use a treadmill or elliptical.
- First of all talk to your doctor he will recommend a diet that is right for you, they have to do blood work that will clear you of any illness that you may have (just a precaution) then your body mass (fat, calories, etc.) if you can't go soon start by dropping all sugar intake (sodas, cookies, chips,) and pastas, breads. start walking 20 minutes a day and work up to a jog, cardio is jump rope, bicycle, treadmill, running, anything that makes you sweat.
