What is the best way to lose 40 pounds?

I need to lose a lot of weight because I want to look better and be more confident in myself. Can someone please help me!

Take your answer which is 75 lbs and change it to ounces, in this case 75 ounces. That is how many ounces of water you need a day. Your body performs mostly on water. If you make sure you get enough water everyday your body will perform at top notch and your body will no longer have the cravings of junk food. You will have a better performing body system to help you work out and feel better thru out your day.

  3. What I did was started off with a calorie change! I have Special K with 1 cup of skim milk for breakfast. For lunch I had a can of tuna and fruit; and dinner a Turkey sandwich on half calorie wheat bread and a salad. Use that diet and workout about an hour a day and you will shed them pounds!
  4. don't eat any trans fats, hydrogenated oils, or high fructose corn syrup also drink at least 8 glasses of water a day get at least 3 hours of exercise a week definatly try to get into yoga (it works miracles) and its for everyone TRUST THESE LITTLE THINGS AND IT WILL DEFINATLY help you lose weight quick/ easy/ and keep you healthy
