How to lose 10 pounds by spring break????
I need to lose 10 pounds by spring break and look good. How do I do it? PLAESE HELP ME!!!!!

- eat less exersise
- just work out(get a personal trainer if u can) and eat right and nebody can lose weight
- u can eat but just eat healthy foods so if your hungry in the middle of the night dont go for a bag of chips go get FRUIT!!! and exercise AND...........drink ALOT of water
- you could cut off both of your feet... when added together they probably equal about ten pounds... or you could actually not be lazy and eat healthier and excercise properly... and do exactly the same thing that hundreds of other people have been told when they asked the same question as you... just a suggestion
