how can I lose about 15 pounds and some inches in like 3 weeks?
I am 5'9 and I want to lose about 15 pounds so I can fit better in my clothes for camp coming up in about 3 weeks. Like what can I do? not eat much, do lots of floor exercises? I need help cause I really want to lose it before so I also look better in all the pictures I want to take there too! I would appreciate any addvice

- the best way to loose weight real quick is to eat beef for a period of time, beef does away with the carbs which creat weight, straight beef will do it, no breads, ive seen it done.
- 15 pounds in 3 weeks, thats unrealistic. Sorry thats not gonna work, healthy weight lost is 1-2 a week, sorry to break your heart sweety, dont loose all that 15 pounds trust me your gonna gain it all back again. And its ugly! =/
- Depends how much you weight now. If it is cosmetic weight, you might not be able to lose 15 pounds. If you are like 50 pounds overweight, you can do it easily. every 3500 calories = 1 Pound. Subtract 500 calories out of your meal a day, and that = 1 pound lost per week. Burn 500 more calories through more excersise a day, and that is another pound. Take your weight and multiply is by 12. That is how many calories you burn at rest throughout the day. Eat more, you will gain, eat less, you will lose. You can multiply your weight by 15, to take into count the numerous things you probaly do throught the day. Example: If your BMI is 3000, and you reduce your calorie intake to 1500, that is a 1500 calorie deficit. = 10500 weekly deficit. add 500 caloried through excersise, and you have 3500 more to add to your deficit. Total - 14000 Divide by 3500 ____________ 4 Pounds per week. Remember, the more weight you lose, the lower your BMI Drops. And the more everything starts to even out, meaning you lose less weight.
- I would think eating 3 meals a day is the best or 4 -5 Small meals through the day, and missing meals is not good at all, brekfasts is very important and the other meals. if you can go to a leisure centre that you can get to would help alot to go swimming or exerise groups, i find can have fun in exerise groups that everytime iv gone to a class everyones so laid back, or if your able to use a exerise video would be great and trying to 30 ish minutes of exerise a day is great. and eating 4-5 fruit and veg altogether i think its counted as. and try to stay off the bad fattening foods cakes etc. hope that helps abit
- again, its the same problem of all of us , we always forget that we need to lose weight till we face a crisis!!! so, we are the(crisis people) need to face the problem from its begining than stressing on ourselves. any way, i beleive that crisis people are like the person who walks safely, ignoring any bad thing which could appear on his way , but suddenly he found that there is a thief is running after him!! what should i do?!! of course i should run as much as i can away from him , i don't need of course to reach my home , at least i need to reach somewhere where i can feel safe & satisfied then i can continue my way to my home safely. i mean, u were living simply accepting ur extra fat till u get that occaision which resemples the thief , u need to reach the maximal level of losing weight but it of course shouldn't be the ideal one as u can resume losing it after the end of ur occasion & it ll be much easier . so, i ll give u my program just keep on it for at least 2 successive weeks, u ll notice the difference. 1) stop eating bread, rice, macarini, fast food, fatty food, sweets. 2)replace them by vegetables & fruits 3)drink as much as u can of water. 4)dance!!!! don't run , don't have aerobics just dance , for me i tried the eastern oriental dance, its amazing . dance for 1_3 hours /day , i guarantee for u losing about 750_1000 grams of course with the diet , its amazing that it makes u don't feel the time when passes while u r dancing , u just like who shoots 2 birds with one stone, losing weight & having fun!!!
