How to lose 40 pounds in 2 months?

im 5'4 and 195 i have a new treadmill i plan on eating extremly low. how long do i have to walk/jog on the treadmill a day to lose 40-50 pounds in 2 months.

  3. do interval training, which is where you sprint for 30 sec, jog for maybe 1 min sprint again for 35 sec, jog for 1:10 etc basically it is continually pushing your body to perform at its maximum capacity thus speeding up the intensity of fat burning occuring.

You need to train atleast 60 min a day. No more than 6 days a week, take one day off for recovery. Do interval training. Run fast for 5 min then walk fast for 10 then run then walk fast. repeat. the constant variation in your heart rate will make it work more than a constant running.

Treadmill and weight exercises never did help me any, I just ate more. I tried to level my eating, but was not successful. I think the cabbage soup diet is working for me.
