okay starting to learn how to run at 4.8 speed on basic treadmill can I lose 40 pounds by swimsuit season?
I am speed walking at 4.0 and running a few minutes everytime I feel I can at 4.8 speed and I'morking to get to running 20 minutes total all at the same time obviously can I lose 40 pounds by swimsuit season?

- You're doing great so far! You will be able to increase in no time! And yes you can! But you have to keep up what you're doing. When I started I was doing 4.7, now I do 5.2. I'll be on it for 30-5-60 minutes doing 5.2 run for 5 minutes, and walking at 3.2 on an 11.0 incline for 5 minutes.
