How do you lose like 40 pounds?
So I wann lose 40 pounds! Does anyone know an internet site or something where I can lose 40 pounds and I don't have to pay anything? I don't wanna pay anything remember that. Does drinking milk 3 times a day work? Anyways please help.

- cut off your legs, there goes 40 pounds quick There's not a quick and easy way to lose weight. There's no such thing as a miracle pill that will take it all away. The trick to losing weight is to get up and be more active. You must change your entire life style. Eat better, sleep better, work out, etc. This goes for both mentally and physically. The more you do things, the better you will feel about yourself.

- There is no easy way. Exercise and good diet is really the only way to go. I've lost lost of weight singlespeed mountain biking. I go on a ride every other day!
