How to lose 40 pounds this summer?

Do you have any tips on how to lose 40-45 pounds this summer? I want to lose it by mid-August. Thanks for the tips and help!

  4. That might be a little much. I think to aim between 20 and 25 would be a more realistic and healthy goal. The only way to do this right and not put the weight back on is to eat right and exercise. Watch your calorie intake and do cardio 3 to 5 times a week for 40 minutes, then 2 day a week do some weight lifting with free weights. GoodLuck!
