Lose pounds and inches

how many minutes should i run every night if i want to lose 30 pounds in 2 months?

i am 22 years old, 5'8'' aad 165 pounds so yea i would want to lose 30 pounds or maybe less. i am also drinking more water and not eating mcdonalds anymore.

  2. Doctor's usually recommend that you exercise thirty minutes a day. You can look up online how many calories you would be burning and keep track of how many calories you consume and that will help.
  3. Good job on dropping the junk food, eat fruits veggies chicken and fish (nothing fried, specially not deep fried and no sweets all the sugar you need comes from fruits) no alcohol and run for an hour a day and you will be good!
