How do I lose 30 pounds in a month?

I am very unhappy with my body....and i should be cause I am extremely overweight. I am 5 feet tall weighing at 125 pounds....plus, I'm a 11. I want to make my self much for slim and I want to prove to other people that they can do it! I want to lost 30 pounds in a month. Please, someone help me!

  1. only eat fruit and veggies, and eat one baked chicken breast or 2 fish fillets every day, and drink only water, and fresh squeezed fruit and veggie juice. you will probably lose about 30 pounds in one month.

  3. Losing 30 lbs in a month isnt healthy (or probably possible for most). Get off your butt and find things to do keep you moving and have fun. Eat more veggies and fruit. Lay off the junk food, bread and sugar. Good luck.
  4. hmm well u can get a nutritional assessment from doctors...or u can try having to get alot of times a day but making it smaller portions. don't overload ur self with junk food meaning fast food like jack in the box or Macdonalds. since ur 11 i wouldnt worry that much about being overweight. ur fine for ur age because you still have to grow so maybe when ur gettin older ur height will get higher and your body will adjust. but for the mean time try watching out for calories and DONT SKIP MEALS...my friend tried doing that and it idk how made it worse..so try small portions n get healthy goood luck :)
  5. hey there, first of all 125 pounds not bad for 11 year old. I am glad u are concerned about your weight but i don't think losing 30 pounds in month is good idea. I would suggest losing 5 pounds in one month. I know it is not what you want to hear but this is the way if you want to be fit all rest of your life. Make small changes everyday, and you will be surprised on your achivements. Strat by eating healthy, drinking alot of water, getting out there just play alot more rather than sitting down, choose sports or other things that involve you to move alot. Don't take any medication, or ever think of dieting trust me nothing else will work but hard work. If u start strong it will fade by time, but if you keep the same rythum you will do much better. best of all. hopefully, u'll listen. do write bye now

Your Body Mass Index (BMI) is 24.4 and is in the Normal range. If you went down to 95 lbs, your BMI would be 18.6, which is just shy of being Underweight. Keep your body where it is. In all technicality, you are still growing and just entering puberty. You will continue to gain weight as you grow, not just wider, but also taller. You will not finish growing until you are in your early 20's. (I could not wear my high school prom dress when I was 21 because my hips were too big - not from fat. The bones grew!)
