With this workout how long should it take to lose 30 pounds?
If I'm running 20 minutes everyday.. and eating healthy about how long should it take to lose 30 pounds?

- It's going to take a while, you need to do more cardio--Start slow and try getting up to 40-45 minutes...
- A loss of about 1-2 pounds a week is the healthy range. Make sure you eat enough though, starving yourself will only slow your progress. It needs to be a complete lifestyle change, take the time to do it all properly so you get the results you're looking for and you get to the keep the "new" you. Often times the results people get from crash diets will go away the second they get off the diet and return to their old ways.
