  1. my friend did it and shes a girl (MUCH HARDER) she was watching her intake of food (1400 calories a day) and exercised everyday. took her about a month to lose 25lbs
  2. I have lost thirty pound in a month in a half. But technically I have an eating disorder. My calorie intake is less than 700 a day, and I work out ever other day. But yes it is possible. Good luck.
  3. If you only want to slim: - Get a fat-burning supplement - Intensify your cardiovascular exercises - Lower the fats and bad carbohydrates of your diet - Eat more protein and good carbs.
  4. looks like you're on the right track. You want to lift weights at least twice a week, but aim for three. Building muscle increases your metabolism. WIth muscle mass, you burn more calories even though your body is at ease. I'd say it is possible to lose 30lbs, but you're gonna need to dedicate yourself. I'm on the other hand, trying to gain weight. you're trying to lose 30lbs, i'm trying to gain 15lbs lol. Good Luck man.
  5. It is possible but very difficult for someone your weight. Its alot easier for someone that weights 300-400 pounds to lose that amount because there is alot of water weight. For you to actually lose 30 pounds you would need to burn off 105,000 calories in 60 days, which would be 1750 calories per day on top of your daily food intake...so most likely not unless you just starve yourself in which case you will damage your body. You can lose quite a bit though if you really try. In terms of lifting weights, idealy people train 3-4 times a week. Really depends on what you want to accomplish. You can divide your weight training by muscle group (chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs) or whole body training. A good number to start with is 10 reps 3 sets each exercise. I hope that helps~
