How can i lose 30 pounds in two months with out dieting?

- It would be very unhealthy to lose that amount of weight in a short time. You can ruin your health. Weight loss should be 2-3 lbs a week. Losing weight should be a life style change not a temporary thing.
- Cut off your arm. That should be about 30 pounds.
- You can't. If it was that easy you wouldn't be 30 pounds overweight.
- I would recomend doing any sort of cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for at least 30 min.
- Get yourself dedicated to a workout routine and start watching what you eat. I agree with the fact that 1-3 pounds a week is about all that is healthy, but the first week it is normal to lose up to 10 pounds so keep that in mind when you start. Whatever you do, DO NOT stop eating. Your body will shut down your fat burners thinking that you will starve if you don't conserve that energy. Sometimes a habit change as simple as not drinking soda or eating deserts will cause a major change as well so examine your diet. ps: cardio on an empty stomache burns muscle, not fat...source, my personal trainer
- Wouldn't everyone love to lose weight without dieting? It just can't be done. In order to lose weight you must eat a healthy diet and exercise. Losing 30 lbs in 3 weeks is not healthy, you should only look to lose 2-3 lbs a week.
- Exercise exercise exercise. There is no getting around it. I eat whatever I want whenever but as long as I work out I always stay the same weight.
- Well, it doesn't really matter how you lose it, since it will be right back on in no time....quick weight loss doesn't work, it just messes up your metabolism so you gain even more.
