How can I lose 30 pounds (or more) in 4 months?

I will be having a huge birthday party in 4 months and i want to buy this amazing dress, but i need to lose about 30 pounds to buy it! Can anyone seriously give me some help? I am willing to be commited to doing whatever.... thanks so much

  1. run 2 miles every day.... one in the morning, one at nite....eat healthy, like super healthy.....eat 5 miles a day but eat only a little during each meal like maybe one big carrot as a meal.....drink lots of water
  2. fasting is a good way.i lost 10 pounds by just drinking water and exercising
  3. contact a weight loss doctor and get some phentermine and drink water and go month to month at the gym.. drinks protein shakes all day and a salad and baked chicken at night .. u will loose foreal.. i do this all the time for events ;)
  4. i heard green tea makes u loose quite a few pounds. but the best thing to do is eat healthy and excersise. Eat the right amount of food of everything you need and excersise.
  5. Unless you start out way overweight, the most you should be losing on a healthy diet + exercise plan should be 2 pounds a week. So, if there are 4 weeks in a month, 2 x 4 x 4 = 32 lbs lost. 30 pounds lost HEALTHILY is very doable.
