How can i lose 30 pounds before August?

I'm trying to get fit for school! But i everything i try won't work! Can ya'll help me lose 30 pounds before august!

  2. watch your calorie and fat intake and get out and walk. I walk three miles atleast three times a week.
  3. You've left it too late to lose that sort of weight in that short a time, unless you have something amputated. Why not join weightwatchers and settle for about a stone in loss.
  4. Maybe 12-15 pounds, and then it will be October before the rest comes off, but you have to start immediately for the best results! Walk every morning, as soon as you get up, and again later in the evening. Swim if you have a place you can do that. Drink water--8 eight ounce glasses daily. No sodas, no alcohol, no dessert. Eat salads for lunch with a little spray on salad dressing, and a little low fat cheese and a little turkey or tuna. You are trying for 3 or more servings of vegetables daily, 2 servings of fresh fruit, 2 servings of low fat milk or low fat yogurt, 2 servings of meat or fish prepared plainly, like grilled or baked without sauces or marinades. (Meat should be chicken or turkey--limit beef or pork to once a week.) 2 servings of cereal/bread/rice/pasta/ or potatoes, and no more than 2 Tablespoons of oil--like olive oil, used as salad dressing or in food prep. Eat about every 3 hours from the time you get up, 2 snacks and 3 meals. Plan ahead whenever possible. I like to eat the same thing for breakfast every day--fat free yogurt, coffee and a breakfast bar. AM snack is always a piece of fruit. Good Luck!
  5. You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.
  6. Swimming is a perfect exercise for the entire body and improves your cardiovascular fitness. It is beneficial to the people suffering from joint pains since water provides support and natural resistance to your body. Swim with different strokes to exercise different muscles. This will maintain balance in your workout. It is a great exercise that allows you to reach your ideal target heart rate very fast.
