How can I lose 30 pounds by the end of June 2008?
Hello, I am 12 and a girl who is 120 pounds exactly and '5"0. Not so tall, i know. I want to lose exactly 30 pounds by exactly the end of June(June 31st or 30th i think) please tell me the foods and exercises,thanks a lot! Ps:please dont tell me that i dont have to lose it, i want to really badly, make this happen to me please!:P

- I doubt you can do that, i want to loose 17kg and am hoping for aug 23rd. also, because you dont need to loose the weight, you will have trouble getting it off. Good luck though! Answer my Q - its in diet and fitness x
- Unless you don't eat and drink for the rest of the month, or do extreme exercise for at least 10-15 hours a day, 7 days a week, I can't really think of a better way for you to lose around 15kg in a little more than a month's time...besides surgery...
- go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m. I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else! your initial weight won't allow you to lose it that quickly, of course.
- You can only safely lose 2lbs a week on average. This is a fact. It is not an opinion. Lose more than this and it means you are losing muscle and water - not fat. There is no magic bullet that will change this.
- hello, i am 10 years old and i am about 5 ft/foot and i weigh a big 95pound i also want to no how to loose 10pound in one month all i can say for you is to exercise for about 2 hours a day do 150 sit ups each night (3 lots of 50) and keep eating fruit and veg also drink at least 2 litres of water a day :)
