How can I lose 30 pounds in 1 month?

I am 12 and i'm wondering how I can lose 30 pounds in 1 month. I don't want to take pills or go on any unhealthy diets. I'm not very keen about excersisng I have a tredmile at home so I use that all the time and I also use excersise DvD's and i eat very healthy but I just don't feel like it's working. How can I lose 30 pounds in 1 month?

  2. You probably can't. The safe amount of weight to lose is considered to be 1-2 pounds/week. I dropped almost that much weight over a few months of using weight watcher's online plan. I'd just recommend writing everything down you eat and trying to increase your physical activity.

  6. You are so young to be wanting to lose 30 pounds, but this is very healthy and I think your parents would approve. You need protein several times each day or you'll be losing muscle mass.   7. I hate to break it to you but anything that makes you lose 30 pound in 1 month is very unhealthy. You need to start off slowly. After every meal take a walk around the block or ride your bike you need to be active to loose weight. If you eat more calories that what you burn in a day those calories turn into waisted energy turning into fat in our bodies so a simple walk could make a big difference. Just my opinion.
