Is it realistic to lose 30 pounds in 11 weeks? What would I have to do?
I'm hoping to lose weight before September. Currently I'm 145 pounds, female, teen, sedentary so can I lose 30 pounds by 11 weeks (not water weight though)? how many calories would I have to consume per day, or burn by excercising? Last year my weight jumped, but I've been able to maintain the same weight for half a year, but I can't seem to lose it! I don't eat junk food, go to restaurants, eat take out, or consume soft drinks (I only drink water). What else can I do to lose weight?

- I would not think so, the slower you loose weight the better chance you have at keeping it off good luck ps it doesn't seem t o me that you need to loose weight just yet, don't do it in a panic, just keep to fresh and real food [by that I mean no processed foods] and make it a lifestyle change not a crash diet.
- EAT LESS. MOVE MORE. Take Diurex and Zenadrine as well. You can lose 10 pounds in a week no problem. 30 pounds in 11 weeks is possible even by just doing weight watchers alone.
- Yes, you can lose 10 pounds in a week... But I guarantee it will be nothing but muscle and water weight lost. Take your time. Eat healthy and often (5-6 meals a day) 1-2 pounds a week is considered healthy weight lost and is more of a chance that it will be fat and not water.
- Try the 18 in 4 diet. www.slimin4.com its great if u stick with it but you need to have a rest every 4 days so ur body can adjust. Another thing you can try is replacing one mmeal with a glass of fresh juice. This will get rid of toxins and help you to stay focused on ur goal as ur not really depriving yourself cos you can have pretty much anything u want during the day really. - yes i did :0) ill give you some advice to be honest the best way is not to go on a diet as ive tried them all and they dont work lol but just change your diet and go swimming 4-5 times a week for about an hour each time i lost 2 stone since may its great and i eat loads too im just eating the right foods but instead of swimming try aqua arobics its great and really fun ! great question star for you and goodluck !

- You can loose about 25 pounds in 11 weeks if you run for about 30-60 minutes everyday without skipping days.
- A reasonable weight loss is 1 to 2 pounds per week. Losing more than that over a prolonged period is not healthy. Are you eating a well balanced diet that provides you with all the nutrients you need each day? Are you watching the size of portions that you eat? Even healthy food eaten in excess will not help you lose the pounds!
