- do this it worked for me
- 5 pounds a week is unrealistic. If you are completely committed then yes it can be done. You need to cut your calorie intake to about 800 calories a day and exercise like CRAZY. You need to cut carbs out of your diet for a while. I would consider going to the gym and do at least an hour of hard cardio a day. Good luck!
- well sorry to break it to you that is not likely to happen first of all by running you will gain weight because of muscle so ya it deosent matter how old you are or ur body type or whatever(trust me i tried)
- Stick your finger down your throat.. umm you can skip eating meals
- 30 lbs in 6 weeks is a stretch but if you really try you can probably come close. Here's the deal: eat 4-6 smaller portioned meals a day. DO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST!! Eat a very healthy breakfast like oatmeal and some egg whites. You want some fat in your diet but only good fat like peanut butter or avocados. There's all kinds of calorie counter websites out there where you can enter your daily diet and it will calculate your calories, protein and fat. Then it will tell you if you are eating too little or too much. EXERCISE. The key to losing weight is to eat less and exercise more. Make sure you add in weight training. Your not going to get huge man arms or start looking like a body builder anytime soon, but weight training is the most efficient weight loss type of exercise out there. Make sure you mix tons of cardio in your workouts as well. Stay focus, do not cheat. If you can eat clean for 6 weeks and exercise reguraly you may come close to your 30 pounds. Email me after 6 weeks and tell me how it went.
- RUN!!RUN!!RUN!! on the treadmill for 4-5 miles a day and u should be good.
- Well I think it's totally about self-control: Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried) Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat) Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios Some other tips: DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda) Another thing is to drink green tea twice a day, it burns fat and it's good for your health And of course, do at least 50 abs per day Good luck
