How can you lose 30 pounds in 2 months?

I'm 5'2'' and I weigh 128. I don't look really fat but I am kinda of chubby but muscular. I need to lose 30 pounds i the next 2 months. Is there any healthy ways I could lose the weight and gain more muscle? My doctor suggested I lose the weight

  5. Always remember that muscle weight is heavier than fat weight. You are very petite and 128 sounds like you might be able to lose several pounds and be OK with that.
