Is it possible to lose 30 pounds in a month ?
Hi, I am fifteen years old and I weigh 150 pounds. I want to lose 30 pounds before school starts back up in January. If anyone can help me find an effective way to lose weight that would be great. Thanks. Bye.

- yeeah. i did it in about a month and a half. get adderall.
- it is possible to do it. It is impossible to do it healthily though!!
- you do not need to be so drastic. That is too much weight to lose in 1 month, and depending on your height, your weight may be fine for you
- Dropping 30 lbs in a month is extremely unhealthy. Take it slowly try taking off at most 15
- i wish! i wanna lose some too! i don't think its possible. that would be a pound a day... that would take some SERIOUS bootcamp.
- It's not safe. Eat right, exercise a hour a day & you may be able to lose 2 pounds a week at the most. 1-2 pounds a week is healthy, 30 pounds in a month is not.
- its possible, but not very healthy. first, eat small portions but more times a day. no fast food or junk food. eat lean meats. run everyday. do simply exercises like crunches and sit ups. absolutely no sodas and drink lots of water. trust me, cutting sodas out of your diet does wonders!
- yep
- Honestly, you MIGHT be able to, but it would probably be extremely unhealthy. So aim for somewhere around 2- 2 1/2 months. Good Luck!
- its not healthy to lose weight very fast. better start doing little by little exercise and go on diet. its good for your health and also for your looks. also before going on diet its good to eat just fruit (i like strawberries) for 12 hours, it helps detoxify your body. I did it once and it helps you start your diet and feel clean inside. Still it isn't good to do it for a long time, you need to eat all foods in the nutrition pyramid. hope i helped:)
- Losing weight quick is usually a risky idea. Even if you succeed you will end in total disarray. Tired look, possible skin problems etc etc etc Forgive me for being intrusive, but please be careful.
- That would not be healthy. Even if you did do it, a lot of the weight would be muscle and not fat, which is what you want to lose. Losing 2 pounds a week of fat is considered optimal, anything more is unhealthy. Even losing just 10 pounds will produce a noticeable difference.
- yes if you dont mind losing a few brain cells, pop some ecstasy, i lost most of my fat from popping those, now i have a six pack and im a lot more defined now. best place to do this is with alot of people and music, like a rave................ those are crakin ....... makes you move alot. but your 15 so only take a few
- lol i lost 40 pounds in 2 months, hmm what i did was run everyday 5 miles in the morning listen to iPod or get a friend to join and then drink water only (i wont suggest drinking gatorade it has weird chemicals. but i still drink in football game) and do about 40 sit ups and pull some weights. I suggest drinking some milk even if it kinda dehydrates ppl. push-ups i think about 13 but i did 20, and run again in about 3 p.m. and DONT stop right after u sprint cause u could get a heart attack just jog do some long steps or some short steps which will increase ur speed and leg or feet movement(im WR and a QB so it kinda helped me a lot juking ppl). Dont eat fast food crap and no junk food, only milk in the morning( u will hate this and so did i ) fruits like apples oranges etc. after 6 just eat a granola bar.
